1. How to sync my activities to Strava?
Connecting your GPS-watch or cycling computer to Strava is relatively easy task. You can also sync old activities from your Garmin/Polar/Suunto etc. account to Strava to create the Maprides map.

2. How long does it take to get the product after the order?
Inside the EU it takes normally 6-8 business days and outside of the EU 8-10 business days to receive the delivery.
3. Can we custom the maps even further?
Yes we can! We have done some cool posters and canvases based on customer's wished. For example, we have combined seven marathon in one 70x50 cm poster. Send us an email to contact@mapridesshop.com explaining your idea and we'll do our utmost to make that happen!
4. What paying methods are accepted?
We provide paying via MasterCard, Visa and PayPal and American Express.
5. What are the delivery costs and where do we ship the products?
Delivery is free for all the products and all around the world. We deliver the products directly to your home and if you are not at home, the parcel goes to the closest pick up -point and you'll receive a notification.
6. How are the taxes handled in and outside the EU?
Our products include VAT inside the European Union. Outside of the European Union, please see your country's customs to see if you have to pay the VAT. All our products are shipped from Finland.
7. I have a GPS error in one or multiple activities. How to delete these parts of the activities?
You should delete that activity from Strava. If you don't want to delete the activity you can change the sports of that particular activity to something you don't normally use, for example Stand up Paddling and then exclude it when creating the Maprides map. After that you can again change the sport back to normal on Strava
